1. Fees. What charges or fees will you have to pay when you work with our Company? The only required fee is $32 per month to the Pensacola Association of Realtors which you pay through the office, quarterly. Our company does not have desk fee, transaction fees, Administrative Assistant fees, or company generated lead fees. The company also provides Errors and Omissions Insurance for Florida and Alabama, and two Million Dollars worth of Liability Insurance.

2. Progressive Commission Split Program. Commissions are based on individual Production. This commission scale will never decline. There is NOT a commission split on agent earned bonuses. Full-time agents start at 70% and will never be any lower. An experienced agent starts at prior year production, no matter where it was earned.

 A million dollar Producer’s split is 75%.

3. Advertising. The company pays for advertising of our listings in local publications and intranet sites. The Gold Post and signs are paid for and installed by the Company. The Company pays 50% for a Buyer follow up program, called the Preferred Client Club “PCC”, administered by Century 21. The Company pays for “special” interest advertising like Realtor.com and the leads all go to perspective agents who have enhanced their listing on this most popular site.Property listings door keys are paid for by the company.

4. Post-Licensing Training. The company offers Post-License Training held at the    office.

5. Name Badge & Business Cards. The company will pay for full-time agents first name tag and business cards.

6. Training. Training is the name of the game at Century 21 Southern Homes Realty, Inc. For new recruits we have Fast Start, a program used in Teaching Basic Skills and introducing you to our organizational policies and procedures. Next comes “Create 21”, a special Century 21 educational program that takes approximately 6 weeks to complete and is second to none. It’s designed to give you a clear perspective on a career in Real Estate and provides you the knowledge and tools to be successful It teaches the Consultative Selling Approach, a relationship based to approach listing and selling Real Estate utilizing the Century 21 System.

For the experienced agents we have a continued and advanced education program through CLS “Century 21 Learning System. CLS offers Web Base courses from the Basics to Advanced Training in Management, Business and Commercial Investment Training and Technology.

7. Sales Meeting. There is a weekly sales meeting and training followed by an office tour of new listings.

8. Location. Our office, Real Estate School and Property Management Company are located on Hwy 29 South in buildings 855 and 859. We are centrally located within Escambia County to provide better service to Pensacola and it’s surrounding areas.

9. Connections. We have our In-House Century 21 Mortgage program and Home Warranty Insurance Program, along with many business connection partners provided by Century 21.

10. Marketing Materials. We have a catalog full of Century 21 marketing materials available for prospecting and conducting agent business utilizing the Century 21 image.

11. Hardware & Software. Our Century 21 On-line Program was specially designed for Century 21 Agents to build business. It is ideal for management of your business and making presentations utilizing your lap top computer or home based computer. Other hardware that is for use by agents includes computers, scanners, digital camera, laser printers, CD writer, etc. (Computer training is also available). For prospecting, performing demographics and analysis, we have the most advanced technology available for our agents. This includes Metro Market Trends (MMT), Real Estate Activity Reports System(REARS) and Parcel Identification Reporting System (PIRS) for three counties, Chris Jones CD.

12. Leads, Leads, Leads. According to statistical studies, the average gets 6 to 15 transactions a year or approximately 30% of their business because of the Century 21 Image, created by years of quality service and Billions of dollars Advertising the “Brand”.
